However, please be advised that New Jersey's Clean Energy Program (NJCEP) marketing materials cannot be modified to incorporate logos and other company information other than those produced and owned by NJCEP or the New Jersey Board of Public Utilities (NJBPU). Any modifications to marketing pieces without special permission from NJCEP or the NJBPU will be considered a violation of program participation.
